Unbelivable! Bird Allegedy Turns Into Woman at Lagos

This is crazy, i still refuse to believe. Well a bird fell from high tension wire and landed on the ground and said to have turned into a woman. The woman had most of her skin peeled off. Pls can someone explain more? hmmm...
